Upon request, ThyssenKrupp Robins' electrical engineers developed a test environment and simulate all I/O points of a control system in the Denver, Colorado, office by using simulation software.
By testing and simulating the PLC and HMI programs:
- Project risk is reduced
- Emergency situations are simulated
- The entire material handling system is simulated and approved by the client in our Denver office prior to system startups
- A time-saving is achieved
- With less time spent in the office for simulation, time and money are saved on-site by performing faster startups
- Remote data-logging and troubleshooting are performed
ThyssenKrupp Robins offers remote access to clients via the Internet VPN to assist clients with troubleshooting from its Denver office. Through this connectivity, we are also able to log data and assist our clients with preventive maintenance, thus minimizing unscheduled shutdowns / breakdowns.
