Commissioning

At ThyssenKrupp Robins, we're proud of our experienced commissioning engineers. From single machines to entire systems, we provide a three-step commissioning solution to reduce project risks, save time, and contain costs:

1. Simulation of the Entire Control Logic in the ThyssenKrupp Robins Office

   Simulation of the field control system and testing of PLC logic, HMI Screens, and interface with DCS.




2. Commissioning of Prefabricated Substations, Electrical Houses and Operator's Cabins

   All of our supplied electrical houses and PLC control panels are prefabricated in a shop and will be shop-tested prior to shipment to the jobsite.




3. Dry and Wet Commissioning on Jobsite

   After the prefabricated substations, electrical houses, and operator's cabins are installed and point-to-point/loop checking on-site has been performed and recorded, the tested software is loaded into the processors. Thus, commissioning can be performed within a very short period of time.
