Cadman Downhill Conveyor Complete
The new downhill conveyor - designed, supplied and installed by ThyssenKrupp Robins for Cadman’s new limestone quarry in Washington State – has passed its performance test earlier this year. The conveyor is designed for a capacity of 1000 tons per hour and overcomes difficult terrain over its length of 1.2 miles, including a vertical drop of 900 ft, 14 vertical and 2 horizontal curves, and a maximum slope of 18 degrees.
