Construction Progressing for Cadman's Downhill Conveyor
Construction of an overland conveyor for Cadman Inc., in Northbend, WA, has begun on schedule. ThyssenKrupp Robins' engineers rose to-and mastered-the challenge of designing a conveying system that is able to handle steep vertical and horizontal curves, with minimal environmental impact. The conveyor's regenerative power system further enhances its environmentally friendly design. ThyssenKrupp Robins expects to complete construction, for which they have supplied the components and are overseeing on-site, by the end of the year.
